RETURN OF GOODS PURCHASED AT THE ONLINE STORE SHOP.SECOLINK.EU

1. Return of Quality Goods

The return of quality goods is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014 - 07 - 22) on the approval of retail trade rules, and the Retail Trade Rules themselves.

If the consumer enters into a purchase-sale agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") solely via communication means (remote agreement) and thus cannot exercise the legally established right to inspect the goods and evaluate the nature of the services before concluding the Agreement, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer purchases several items under one Agreement, they may choose to fully return all goods or only some of the goods purchased under the Agreement. The 14-day period for submitting the written request starts from the day the goods are handed over to the Buyer and is not extended or linked to the return of goods to the Seller for reasons beyond the Seller's control.

Quality goods can be returned within 14 days if:

- The returned item is in its original, orderly packaging.

- The item is unused and undamaged.

- The item retains its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, bags, etc.).

- The returned item is complete.

- A purchase document is provided when returning the item.

Quality goods cannot be returned if they are:

- Custom-made according to the Buyer’s specific order or clearly tailored to them, or items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned after delivery due to the loss of commercial properties.

- Limited-duration licenses (e.g., vouchers) with a provided code.

- In other cases where the purchase-sale agreement cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

When returning quality goods, the Buyer is responsible for:

- Proper packaging of the goods.

- Delivery of the goods (except in cases where the wrong item was received).

We may refuse to accept returned goods if there have been unnecessary changes to the item's or packaging's appearance, including damaged labels, removed protective films, or breaches of transparent packaging that do not hinder the inspection of the item.

If the item's packaging damage results in the inability to later resell the item at the same price while respecting another buyer's rights to acquire a new and unused item, such goods can only be returned by mutual agreement (e.g., if you agree to compensate for the depreciation).

We commit to refunding your payment within 14 days, excluding the time required for the service team to confirm the item's condition (i.e., no damages, no replacements of parts, matching serial numbers of purchased and returned goods, etc.).

If a discount was applied to your order during the purchase and you return only part of the goods purchased in the order, we may deduct the discount amount from the refunded sum.

2. Return of Goods Due to Defects or Other Circumstances

In cases where goods are returned due to their defective quality, we commit to replacing the defective item with a quality item at our expense or refunding the paid amount. This is contingent upon the service team confirming that the item is defective due to manufacturing faults (i.e., no damages caused by improper use, no replacement parts, matching serial numbers of purchased and returned goods, etc.).

This process complies with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014 - 07 - 22) on the approval of retail trade rules, as well as the Retail Trade Rules themselves.
